1. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing, downloading, or using GemBot ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Software.

2. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software for your own personal, non-commercial use on a single device at any one time.

3. License Restrictions

You agree that you will not:

• Share, sell, rent, or lease your license key (Token) to any other person.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to discover the source code of the Software.
• Use the Software on more than one device simultaneously with a single license.
• Use the Software for any illegal or malicious purpose.

4. HWID & License Policy

Your license key is locked to a unique Hardware ID (HWID) upon activation. You may transfer this lock to a new device by using the self-service "HWID Reset" feature on our website. Any attempt to bypass this system may result in a permanent license revocation.

5. Termination (Blocking)

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your license at any time, without notice and without refund, if you violate any of these Terms. This includes, but is not limited to, payment chargebacks or sharing your license key.

6. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Software is provided "AS IS". We make no warranties regarding its performance or reliability.

You acknowledge and agree that you use the Software at your sole risk. We are not responsible for any limitations, account suspensions, or actions taken by third-party platforms, services, or software providers resulting from the use of this desktop automation utility.

7. Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of the product, we do not offer refunds once a license key has been purchased and delivered.
